Weft & Co.

Every company has structure, the roles and targets it runs on. What holds people is something else. It is trust, built from the inside, long before it is ever claimed.

What Weft & Co. is

Every company is built structure first, the roles and targets and numbers it runs on. That structure is real and it matters. It is not what makes people stay. What holds a team is the trust between the people in it, and trust is not built by announcing it. It is earned quietly, in being heard and followed through on, before anyone is asked to believe in it.

Weft & Co. is four systems, each doing that work in a different part of the company.

The Ground Truth Section · 01
78%

of employees say their employer is their most trusted institution. Trust is the asset. Most internal programs spend it instead of building it.

Edelman Trust Barometer · 2026
12%

of employees strongly agree their organization does a great job of onboarding. The other 88 percent form their view of the company in a window nobody is managing.

Gallup · Why the Onboarding Experience Is Key for Retention
70%

of the variance in team engagement is accounted for by the manager. Not the perks, not the mission statement. The person running the daily experience.

The Practice

It starts with how you introduce things. The Practice is a launch playbook for People teams, built to make an internal rollout land the way a brand launch does, so what you bring in is believed and kept.

The Studio

Sometimes you would rather not build it alone. The Studio is a set of fixed-scope engagements where we do the work with you, inside your walls, against a defined brief.

Empathetic Systems

Change asks the most of the people leading it. Empathetic Systems is a leadership curriculum for teams adopting AI, built so people are brought along rather than pushed through.

First 90

The first ninety days decide whether someone stays. First 90 supports managers through that window with brief, well-timed prompts, and it never turns coaching into surveillance.

In development

We are building it now. If the first ninety days are where you are losing people, add your name and we will bring you in early.

Twelve years of launches. One translation.

I am Nate Potts. I spent twelve years launching global campaigns for one of the world's most recognized brands, and I am an ICF-certified coach.

The bet behind this studio is simple. The People function builds strong programs and consistently under-launches them. Everything commercial teams know about earning attention transfers directly. Someone has to carry it across the building.

What I do not have yet

No case studies. This studio is new, and the first clients are being taken on now. If you need a vendor with a reference list, that is a reasonable requirement and I am not it yet.

What that means for you: the first engagements are priced for it. Founding clients get a reduced rate in exchange for a case study and a named quote when the work lands. If you would rather wait until there are references, the playbook is $497 and needs no trust in me at all, only in whether the argument holds up when you read it.

One conversation. No deck, no pitch. Bring the program you are trying to launch or the team you are trying to build, and we will find the right altitude. If the honest answer is the $497 playbook rather than an engagement, that is what you will hear.
